Every price is for one visit. Standard is the recurring maintenance clean, before any recurring discount.

Prices are rounded to the nearest dollar. Your market may be higher or lower, so check them against a few local competitors, but never go below the minimums.

Recurring cleaning discounts
Regular homes are faster to clean, and you don't have to find the customer again, so recurring standard cleans get a discount on every visit:
- Every 4 Weeks: 5% off
- Every Other Week: 15% off
- Weekly: 20% off
Deep, move-out and post-construction cleans are one-time jobs. A new customer's first clean is a deep clean; after that, move them to a recurring plan.
Add-on prices
Extras aren't part of a standard clean. Offer them when the customer books, not at the door:

How the prices are worked out
- Deep clean: $0.24 per square foot, $200 minimum.
- Standard (recurring) clean: $0.13 per square foot, $150 minimum (covers homes up to 1,000 sq ft).
- Move in/out: $0.28 per square foot, $250 minimum.
- Post-construction: about 1.5× the move-out price, $400 minimum. Every site is different, so walk it before you quote a big one.

Using this table, a deep clean for a home up to 2,100 sq ft is $504, before add-ons like inside the oven or fridge.
Should I charge by the hour or by the job?
By the job. A flat price by square footage and service type means the customer knows the price before booking, and you earn more as you get faster.
Do recurring cleans cost less?
Yes. Weekly standard cleans get 20% off, every-other-week 15% and every-4-weeks 5%, because regular homes take less time to clean.
